We received a call to rescue an incredibly handsome English Lab on August 5th. Joey’s owner had passed away, and the family was not doing a very good job of caring for him after passing. He was found out as a stray then surrendered to LC4, Lucas County Canine Care and Control in Toledo. 

Joey is 6 years old, good with other dogs and a pretty nervous boy right now not understanding what has happened to him and his former home.  He needs some care by our rescue as he had fleas and probably has not been well cared for recently. We will be getting this boy healthy and ready for a loving new home.
